Ralph Hasenhuttl admits he is feeling the pressure at Southampton.

Saints are in the relegation zone after Saturday's loss to West Ham United at St. Mary's.

"It's always like this if you don't take points [because] then we are in the relegation zone and we want to come out of there," the Austrian said.

"Everyone has pressure and I think it's important that my job is to look on the game and separate from the result.

"Then I must find the right decisions for the next week because it's about finding our way back on to the successful track.

"We also played well against Newcastle and didn't get a point and maybe Saturday was more of an equal game.

"We know that we can take something against Villa and, therefore, we should pick our heads up and look forward."
