Harry Winks has revealed how Tottenham have been keeping fit during the coronavirus lockdown.
Spurs last week became one of the first clubs to allow players to train individually at the club's training facility, but Winks says players are still keeping in touch over the internet.
Winks told BBC Radio 5 Live: "We have a Zoom session every morning, we all log in and the sports scientists and the coaches are at the training ground on the big screen and they just show us the exercises we have to do and we copy it in our gyms or in our living rooms or in our gardens.
"Then, at the end of the call, we go into an endurance session, something to get our cardio going. It's a good way of staying in touch with everybody as well."
