Hamilton to pay supporters admission costs at Ross County

Hamilton fans making the eight hour round trip to Ross County on Saturday will have their admission costs paid for by the club. A statement to fans from chairman Ronnie MacDonald on Hamilton's official website read: "As you are aware, we travel to Dingwall for the Homecoming Scottish Cup fourth round on Saturday and, as an appreciation of your ongoing support, the club will pay the admission costs for each and every 'Accie' who wishes to go.

"The details on how to obtain your free ticket will be posted on the website, or contact Terry or Scott at the club.

"Whenever possible, we will introduce initiatives to help you support the team in what will be a difficult economic period for everyone.

"We will consider any request made to assist fans experiencing difficulties and welcome any proposals you may have to improve the bond between the club and yourselves.

"The supporters are the true guardians of the club and my job is to protect the wellbeing of the club to enable future generations to watch their own team in their own stadium.

"I hope to see you all on Saturday at Ross County."
