Hamburg are eyeing a summer move for VfB Stuttgart's Martin Harnik.
According to the Hamburger Morgenpost, Hamburg boss Bruno Labbadia is hoping to reunite with the 28-year-old Austrian winger who he spent three-and-a-half years with at the Mercedes-Benz Arena.
Harnik is out of contract this summer and will be available on a free transfer which makes him an extremely attractive proposition for Die Rothosen.
The former Werder Bremen forward only recently returned from time on the sidelines because of a knee injury and scored in the weekend's 1-1 draw with Schalke.
