Hamburg are reviving their plans for Chelsea striker Bertrand Traore.

Fussball Transfers says Traore's agents have been in contact with HSV since the end of the season.

The 20 year-old is seeking talks with Chelsea management about where they see him next season.

HSV are keen and would be open to buying Traore outright.

The striker came close to joining HSV in January, only for Guus Hiddink to block the move.
