Hamburg SV are interested in Tottenham midfielder Lewis Holtby.
The Germany international's future remains clouded at Spurs after it emerged Holtby was offered to Crystal Palace earlier this summer by chairman Daniel Levy.
Hamburg see Holtby as a replacement for Rafael van der Vaart, who is in talks this week with Trabzonspor.
The midfielder spent last season on-loan at Fulham.
Holtby was left on the bench for Tottenham's 4-0 rout of QPR on the weekend.
