Hamburg are moving for Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma.
The Germans have already landed Bruma's teammate Michael Mancienne this week.
New Hamburg football chief Frank Arnesen told the club's official website: "Jeffrey Bruma is on duty with the Netherlands actually. Afterwards we will meet and talk about it. We will look each other straight in the eye.
"We will decide what is best for Jeffrey Bruma and Hamburger SV."
