Vahid Halilhodzic admits he considered quitting Nantes over their sale of Emiliano Sala to Cardiff City.

The Argentine left on Saturday in a €20m deal.

And Nantes coach Halilhodzic said, "After the game (defeat to Angers), I was alone in my house and I thought a lot.

"If it happened like that in other clubs, I would already be gone.

"If it had not been Nantes, for sure I would have left."
