Haaland on Keane: You can't take that beard seriously

Former Manchester City midfielder Alf-Inge Haaland has laughed off the latest taunts from Manchester United legend Roy Keane.

In his new book, Keane has once again written about his infamous tackle on Haaland.

Keane is quoted by several national newspapers as saying in The Second Half: "There are things I regret in my life and he (Haaland) is not one of them."

After the new quotes emerged on Monday, Egil Ostenstad contacted his fellow ex-Norway international Haaland on Twitter, writing: "Alfie. R Keane is at it again. Could we have a Twitter response mate?"

Haaland replied by writing "can't take a man seriously when he's got a beard like...", with the message being accompanied by a picture of Hussein. The post was subsequently deleted.
