Peter Gwargis is delighted for fellow Swede Viktor Gyokeres over his promotion at Brighton.

The pair play together for the U23s, though Gyokeres has made the bench for Premier League games this season.

Gwargis told Jnytt: "It's really good for Viktor. I meet him at the training facility sometimes and I see what he does every day and there is nothing he's careless with. Nothing he leaves for chance.

"I see it every day, what it takes to reach that level. It's not just about playing well, you can't forget the attitude. I see him in the gym before training and after training."
