Former Newcastle United boss Ruud Gullit has had a pop at his old club.
Gullit admits he still feels sympathy for the club's "suffering" fanbase despite the manner of his departure.
He told BeinSport: "I'm the last coach to bring them to the FA Cup final.
"The funny thing is, it was wonderful in Newcastle.
"The people were nice and genuine, they just want to have something to be happy about and proud of. That's the only thing they want.
"There is a possibility of something there - it could be there. But it is not easy. They are still suffering."
Gullit added: "There is a reason of course, but I think you have to talk about it in private with clubs. If they want to talk about it, I will talk about it.
"I have opinions about it, but it's difficult."
