Guido Fienga has been named new chief executive of AS Roma.
The appointment sees Mauro Baldissoni leave the role to become vice-president.
“Guido will lead the club through the next stage of our strategic growth and development," president James Pallotta told Roma's official website.
“He will be responsible for managing both the day-to-day operations and long-term vision of the club in our goal to become both successful - and sustainable - on and off the pitch."
Baldissoni has also been moved up the Lupi ladder, going from general manager to vice-president.
“The new role will allow Mauro to be more focused on the bigger picture," Pallotta continued.
“In particular, delivering the Stadio della Roma project, which is critical for allowing the club to compete at the highest level on the pitch."
