Virgil van Dijk's former Dutch clubs are rubbing their hands over the windfall due from his move to Liverpool.
Southampton and Liverpool have agreed a £75m fee for the defender, who will formally sign for the Reds on January 1.
Dagblad van het Noorden says FC Groningen can count on one per cent from the fee, with Van Dijk having been on the books from 2010 to 2013.
Willem II will also expect to rake in a healthy sell on fee, having been Van Dijk's original junior club. Director Berry van Gool has mentioned a sum of €150-200,000 being due.
Groningen, meanwhile, expect €845,000 to arrive from Liverpool. They've already made €3m from his sale to Celtic in 2013.
