Manchester United striker Mason Greenwood was at Carrington today for a one hour meeting.

The Sun reports Greenwood, 18, drove into Carrington in his navy Mercedes. But around 55 minutes later he was on his way out again.

Anthony Martial was the only other first-team player to head into the training ground the morning after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side lost 1-0 in a pre-season friendly to Aston Villa.

The news arrives after Greenwood had to release a second apology in a week after being rumbled for inhaling hippy crack, just days after he was axed from the England squad after breaching FA rules and having girls back at the team hotel.
