Jack Grealish's new deal with Aston Villa DOES include a buyout clause.

The Mirror says Grealish has a £30million buy-out clause in his new Aston Villa contract.

The playmaker put pen to paper this week on £50,000-a-week deal that ties him to the club until 2023.

But it is understood that there is a get-out if Villa do not realise the player's promotion dreams.

Grealish was strongly linked with Tottenham in the summer, and he could yet leave if another Premier League side comes calling.
