Watford manager Javi Gracia believes that his striker Andre Gray is doing everything to earn a starting berth for the rest of the season.

Since Gracia joined the club, Gray is limited to substitute appearances. He has not shown the best form since joining for £18.5 million in the summer.

But Gracia believes Gray is doing the right things in training.

"I'm happy, with all of the strikers. I have to choose one striker, or other times two, and Andre is playing less than others," he said during his pre-match press conference.

"It is not because he is not working well, it's because I have to choose. I don't know what will happen in the next games, it is possible Andre will play more."
