Esteban Granero says there's growing confidence inside the Real Madrid dressing room.

Real won at Real Sociedad on Saturday to maintain a lead on eternal rivals Barcelona in the standings.

Midfielder Granero said: "We've started the league well and we will continue like this. In the dressing room we are convinced that this year we can and must be above Barcelona.

"Against Real Sociedad, we showed we can react to conceding and fight back to win a game."
