Granada coach Diego Martinez is full of pride reaching the Europa League quarterfinals.
Defeat at Molde on Thursday night still saw Granada reach the final eight 3-2 on aggregate.
"I have to congratulate all of my players for reaching a historical achievement for a team such as ourselves. Our mentality was the key. Molde were very strong opponents. It's always difficult when you don't score early on; you suffer," said Martinez.
"It's incredible to have made the quarter-finals. We've had great matches, and matches in which we've suffered, but our team is full of players with character."
Granada striker Roberto Soldado also remarked: "Molde were strong on the counterattack; they had players arriving in numbers. We've got a great goalkeeper in Rui [Silva], who made some great saves, but that's his job. The quarter-finals will be tough, as the teams there possess real quality."
