Gombak United knock off SAFFC in Singapore

Gombak United have defeated multiple S-League champions SAFFC to jump to the top of the league table.

The end result was 3-1 despite conceding the first goal of the match.

In the 6th minute, Ahmad Latiff Khamarudin blasted it past Gombak keeper Fadhil Salim to give Singapore Armed Forcess the lead.

But that goal was canceled out in the 31st minute thanks to Ojimi Gabriel Obatola and Gombak hit the lead soon after through Kingsley Njoku.

In the 65th minute, Obatola netted his second, this time from the penalty spot, to ensure the victory for Gombak.
