Gladbach midfielder Thorgan Hazard: Leaving Chelsea right call

Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Thorgan Hazard isn't bothered about playing his brother Eden Hazard.

Thorgan was on the books at Chelsea, but never played for Eden's Blues.

"I'm a different type of player than my brother," he said, according to Bulinews.

"Eden is one of the best players in the world.

"When I played for The Blues, I was too young to make the big jump. Chelsea is a huge club with outstanding players. For me, the decision to play for a different team was better."

He continued: "We play together at the Belgian national team although we are unfortunately not always on the pitch at the same time. It feels good to play for your country with your own brother.

"But in all honesty, it would be very difficult for me to play for the same club as my brother.

"He is a bigger player than me. I can learn from him and still have a lot to work on."
