Borussia Monchengladbach goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen has passed a medical at Barcelona.

BILD says the Germany international recently had successful medical tests at the La Masia training complex in Barcelona.

Asked about the story, Ter Stegen would only say: "If you say so, that's news to me."

Barca won't make an official announcement until their current No1 Victor Valdes, off contract in June, announces his next destination.
