In recent years, the relationship between Italian and English football has become much more fruitful, there are more and more transfers from the Premier to Serie A, so much that many Italian fans have coined the term "Premier charity", especially the Roma fans who thanks to the free transfer arrivals of Pedro and Henrikh Mkhitaryan have seen the level of their team grow dramatically.

Among the men who make this type of market possible is Nicola Giuliani, founder of Giulianisports, a consulting agency that takes care of relationships and negotiations between the reality of the Premier League and that of Serie A.

This week, Giuliani spoke exclusively to Tribal Football. We began by asking about the formation of his company: "Giulianisports was born in 2015 with the aim of activating consultancy and intermediation between the two leagues, nurturing contacts with the various clubs to search for players and coaches.

"The idea, on the one hand, arises from the need for Italian teams to propose their own members in the Premier League (considering the substantial resources of this market), on the other it takes the form of providing a scouting contribution to overseas teams in identifying and dealing with talents of our own."

As we have already said, the transfers between the two leagues are growing (Allan, Pedro, Ogbonna, Mkhitaryan, Ashley Young) and Italian coaches going to the Premier League are more and more (Roberto Mancini, Francesco Guidolin, Carlo Ancelotti, Antonio Conte).

Here's what Giuliani thinks: "The Premier League is a point of arrival for everyone, a football paradise where even our excellence have been and will always be an active part of an exponential growth.

"From Mancini to Ancelotti, to the same Conte and Ranieri, without forgetting in the past Blues such as Vialli and Zola, Di Canio and Balotelli, today a certain Jorginho. And I wouldn't be surprised to see others of ours soon attracted to Anglo-Saxon sirens."

As for Serie A, however, there are many young coaches who are growing fast: "Our school has trained great coaches that the world has always envied us.

"Not to underestimate the emerging former players of the last period, see the various De Zerbi and Gattuso, just to name two hot names. Curiosity also arouses a lot of Pirlo's first season as a coach."

Another coach who has done and is doing very well abroad, at the helm of Hungary, is Marco Rossi: "I know Marco very well, he is the classic example of those who, starting from the bottom, with a lot of apprenticeship managed to carve out a respectable career with a lot of results, so much so that interest around him is growing.

"Bringing the Hungarian national team to the top of Europe after defeating more successful teams such as Turkey or Serbia, really tastes like business, without forgetting the championship won in Hungary with Honved of Budapest, the club with the lowest budget layout."

Could Rossi have a chance in the Premier? "A good Premier club looking for a coach capable of enhancing their technical heritage would do well to think seriously about him, not least for the quality of play he can express."

Another coach who is changing the face of a national football team, making its people proud, is Roberto Mancini, who is doing something extraordinary on the bench of the Italian national team: the team brings home results and this isn't rare for Azzurri, but how the team is achieving this is the big news. Italy plays an incredible football, dominates its opponents, plays with an offensive and beautiful style.

Maybe Mancini is a bit underestimated? Giuliani answers us like this: "How can you underestimate Mancini? A champion as a player, a champion as a coach.

"He belongs to the world elite, beyond everything that he has won, the current calling card is the Italian national team, voted by the experts as a team that currently convinces and entertains like no other.

"Furthermore, his ability to know how to build winning teams, to see hidden qualities in players, to launch young players, is a triple gift that I don't know how many have. Manchester City and Inter know what I'm talking about…"

Speaking of players, here is who according to Giuliani are the Italian players to keep an eye on: "Kean, Locatelli, Bastoni ... They are all very big profiles who can have a future in any big league. Zaniolo, Barella etc, these guys are ready, but beware of those who are appearing. I'll go out on a limb with a name: Scamacca."
