Giulianelli: Liverpool table Hamsik offer; Pep wants Firmino; Sterling to Bayern

Back from a trip to Central America, here I am to give you news about deals happening under the radar with Euro 2016 and the Copa America Centenario still going on.

My focus is on Liverpool, though linked with other teams news.

Let's start with the tweet I wrote the 18th of June about Martin Skrtel and Roma:

I can confirm that the deal is close to a happy ending and the words of the defender from the Slovakia national team sounds to me like a confirmation ("Roma? I will answer after Euro 2016").

Who could take his place in the Reds roster? Nicolas N'Koulou, of Marseille. at the moment is the main target for the defence.

TWO MIDFIELDERS FOR LIVERPOOL

But the big movements are going on in the midfield line. Liverpool and Real Madrid are close to reaching an agreement for Mateo Kovacic, for an amount of about €30 million. But there's another big name that could start tempting the dreams of the Kop: Marek Hamsik.

Aurelio De Laurentis, the Napoli president, has received a proposal of about €45 million for the Slovak midfielder, who has been offered a contract of four years at €6 million.

"Will I remain at Napoli? 50:50, in football you can't ever know!" these have been the words of Marek.

PEP WANTS FIRMINO

The arrival of both players could be linked to the news from Manchester City regarding the Brazilian player Roberto Firmino: Pep Guardiola wants him.

Another Liverpool-connected player with an important offer is Raheem Sterling. Carlo Ancelotti has asked about the Manchester City man for his new Bayern Munich.

All these deals and negotiations will find an end after the Euros, but the fire is already burning...
