Giulianelli: EXCLUSIVE - Darmian had Inter deal; Chelsea & Romagnoli; Zaza stuck in France

There's been a lot of talk about what happened with Graziano Pellè during Italy's international excursions.

Pelle, once of Southampton but now playing in China, refused to offer his hand to coach Giampiero Ventura after his substitution against Spain. Following his gesture of annoyance and lack of respect, he was excluded from the squad for the next match and sent back home.

I think that respect is the basics in football, even if you are someone who earns millions and millions. Being rich, being important, doesn't permit you to behave without any respect for your head coach. You can even be Leo Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo, but if you don't have respect you can go home.

So I am with Ventura.

DARMIAN HAD INTER AGREEMENT

Let's talk again about transfers, in a modern football when they don't ever stop.

Two names in England are linked with Italian football: Matteo Darmian and Alessandro Romagnoli. The Manchester United fullback doesn't seem to be at the top of Mou's list, so he is close to deciding to return to Italy, on loan, in order to play more.

Inter Milan are in pole position for him. And I can tell you he had an agreement with the club even in June but then he decided to remain in Manchester to try to win the confidence of the Special One.

Chelsea and Antonio Conte really want Romagnoli, but I don't think AC Milan will accept any offer for him - even if it was to be €40 million or more.

He is considered the future of the defence of the whole of Italian football and Milan know that it would be a big blow to lose him.

Another name floating around is Kingsley Coman.

Bayern Munich won't confirm Coman after his two-year loan and the player will return to Juventus: he could remain in Turin or be sold to Manchester City if Pep Guardiola chooses to bet on him.

ZAZA STILL STUCK IN FRANCE

There is a mystery in the Premier League: Simone Zaza. The Italian striker arrived at West Ham with lot of expectation but has been really disappointing.

My opinion is that Zaza is stuck in France, in that stadium, on that night, in front of that ball ready to hit his penalty in that way. That's all. He needs to get out from there, to set himself free from the weight he carries on his shoulders and start again.
