Giulianelli: EXCLUSIVE - Costa's Chelsea 'truce'; Chelsea, Juventus fight for Conti; Ridiculous Donnarumma

I was the first to break the news in The Sun about the interest of Arsenal in Miralem Pjanic for the next season.

It's not a secret that the leaders of Serie A really want Alexis Sanchez, who is not sure of remaining at Emirates: it will mainly depend on Arsenal being able to guarantee him important new players. So it's more a matter of how competitive the new Arsenal will be than a matter of money.

Of course, if Sanchez does decide to leave the Emirates, Juventus could be one of his possible destinations and a swap with Pjanic would be an option taken into consideration.

DONNARUMMA'S RIDICULOUS DEMANDS

Mino Raiola is asking for a new contract for Gianluigi Donnarumma at €10 million-a-year. Exaggerated? No, far more than exaggerated.

For a goalkeeper not yet 18 years old, who has still a lot to learn and a lot of mistakes to do, it's really a meaningless request. How will it go? Hard to say. Milan won't give him this money, and I don't think there are many clubs available to do this. I think it's a strategy of Raiola: Donnarumma will have a new contract with more money and stay at Milan.

But not for €10 million-a-year.

CHELSEA AND JUVE WATCH CONTI

Chelsea and Juventus are both interested in the young fullback Andrea Conti from Atalanta. The player won't move during this window, where the club from Bergamo has already sold players for more than €50 million; but you can bet that in the summer the two clubs will fight hard for one of the many talents coming from the incredible gold mine of Atalanta's youth system.

It is a model to be taken as example for modern football.

THE INSIDE STORY ON DIEGO COSTA TRUCE

Now just to recap, Diego Costa and Antonio Conte have signed a peace treaty that looks more like an armed truce.

The striker will stay quiet until the end of the season, in order to pursue the goal of winning the Premier League. Then Costa will effectively be free to go anywhere he wants: but until that moment he has to concentrate on only a title victory.

MOURINHO FED UP SLIPPING GOALS

Jose Mourinho is tired of all these draws. He knows his Manchester United can do much better than this: in order to improve the team, just to offer no excuses to his players, he has only asked for a new centre back for the January window.

Kostas Manolas and Victor Lindelof are the names, but the Benfica player seems more faraway after the renewal of his contract.

GABBIADINI FOR CHINA

Florence has fallen in love with her new hero. Nikola Kalinic has rejected millions from the Chinese side of Tijanin in order to remain with Fiorentina. He hasn't done what Roberto Baggio did when he was considered a traitor for moving to big rivals Juventus.

The name for Tijanin, that thought to have in their hands the Croatian striker and were very surprised by his decision, could yet do business in Serie A. Manolo Gabbiadini, of Napoli, is the name chosen by Fabio Cannavaro to lead the attack of his ambitious side, even if newly promoted.
