Tribalfootball's European correspondent Emanuele Giulianelli reports that Thomas Lemar could be Arsenal's for the right price.
The Frenchman's club, AS Monaco, have rejected two bids of £30m and £40m from the Gunners.
The Daily Mail reports that Arsenal will return with a third bid of £45m for the 21-year old winger.
However, according to Giulianelli, Monaco will accept no less than €60m (£53m) for Lemar.
