Olivier Giroud says he's long had a soft spot for AC Milan.
The former Chelsea striker joined the Rossonero last week and is already off the mark after scoring in their friendly draw against Nice on Saturday.
At his presentation this morning, Giroud said: "When I was young, I watched Milan matches.
"My idols as teams were Arsenal and Milan, in the Rossoneri I remember Papin, Sheva, who among other things became a dear friend to whom I asked for advice on the future.
"An honour for me to be here in a club where many stars have played, like Maldini himself, talking with him was exciting."
