Olivier Giroud is open to staying at Chelsea this summer.
The Frenchman pushed hard for an exit from Stamford Bridge during the January transfer window.
But a deal never eventuated and Giroud stayed.
Fortunately for the 33-year-old, Tammy Abraham went down with injury and Michy Batshuayi failed to fire in his absence.
Giroud has since stepped up for Frank Lampard's side and would be open to signing a contract extension, claims the Daily Mail.
As a free agent Giroud will field numerous offers, with reports claiming Lazio and Inter Milan remain interested in his services.
