The agent of Sebastian Giovinco says he's fully committed to Toronto FC.

The attacker has been named the MLS MVP this week.

“We are very happy, obviously," agent Andrea D'Amico told Tuttomercatoweb.

“In his first MLS season, Giovinco was voted Most Valuable Player, won the Golden Boot as top scorer, got the award as best newcomer and will probably also win the award for best goal.

“Giovinco is very happy with the decision he made to come here, which was a lifestyle choice even before a professional one. What I want to underline is that this is only the start of a marvellous journey.

“Sebastian will stay here for many more years. He was given a wonderful welcome, both him and his family settled in and are happy.

“He was aware of his qualities considering the experience in Italy, where he had already proved a lot, so this impact was not a surprise to me.

“Major League Soccer still needs to grow tactically, but the quality is good and they play a very physical and intense style of football.

“Thanks to his class, Sebastian had no difficulty emerging and now he is enjoying this wonderful moment."
