Former Bayern Munich and Brazil star Giovane Elber says Barcelona must be wary re-signing Neymar from PSG.

Indeed, Elber insists Barca must avoid buying back the Brazilian.

"No! When he left Barcelona, for me, there is no way to return to Barcelona. In my opinion, Neymar behaved very badly against Barça, because when he wanted to leave Barcelona he said he wanted to be the best in the world," he told Cadena SER.

"But for God's sake, you won't be the best in the world when you play for PSG. For that you have to go to Real Madrid or Barcelona, to any team where you can win the Champions League. I still believe that PSG will not be able to win the Champions League in the next three or four years."
