Alberto Gilardino enjoyed seeing Zlatan Ibrahimovic shake up AC Milan this season.
The Swede made an instant impact upon arriving in January.
Former Milan star Gilardino told Gazzetta dello Sport: “It's extraordinary, he has shocked Milan back to life. In January, I was sure of the impact he would have in the locker room, but not on the pitch. Instead, he has surprised me and I would keep him for next season as well.
“Should they not continue with Ibrahimovic, I would take Dzeko. He's one of the most complete strikers out there. Right, left, very strong on the head and he builds attacks. Maybe he wouldn't score as much, but the manoeuvre would benefit,"
