Wales coach Ryan Giggs is happy to see his players moving to Europe.
Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey will play for Juventus from next season, while exciting young winger Rabbi Matondo has already left Manchester City for Schalke.
"Juventus, the facilities they've got, massive club," said Giggs.
"And it is a different experience playing in a different country, you've seen what it's done for Gareth (Bale). It brings a different flavour to the group. It's good.
"Aaron's played a number of positions, he's played number ten and played a deeper role," Giggs told Elis James' Feast of football podcast. "He wants to be up the pitch. He wants to be as close to Gareth as possible.
"It's one of my big things attacking-wise - penetration and running in behind the defence. Players don't do it enough. He does it naturally and it's brilliant to see. He wants to be running beyond the centre-forward.
"Against Denmark I played him a little bit deeper and I could see he wasn't as happy as being further up the pitch."
