Gianni de Biasi has taken aim at Alaves after his dismissal before Christmas.

The Italian coach insists he didn't deserve his sacking.

He told TMW: "I had arrived in a difficult situation, with zero points after six rounds and with only one goal scored.

"In seven rounds I have collected five victories, I was working in the right direction. The team is recovering, I was there to find the harmony and the balance. I believe that we were in line with the projects, I was convinced of winning salvation.

"Now I'm an outside fan, the fans are extraordinary while the club leaves something to be desired."
