Sunderland winger Emanuele Giaccherini is being linked with Chelsea.

On-loan at Bologna, Giaccherini is a favourite of Italy coach Antonio Conte, who is set to take charge of Chelsea after the Euros.

TMW says Conte wants to take Giaccherini to Chelsea, along with Juventus striker Simone Zaza.

Conte has recommended both players to Chelsea ahead of the summer market.

The Italian is also discussing the make-up of his backroom team with Chelsea directors.
