Getafe will welcome a healthy windfall from Emi Buendia's move from Norwich City to Aston Villa this week.
The Argentina midfielder has joined Villa in a €38m deal, three years after he left Getafe for Carrow Road.
Marca says part of Getafe's €10m sale included a 20 per cent cut of any future fee.
As such, the Madrid outfit will start the summer transfer window with an extra €7.6m due thanks to Buendia's move.
Michel was confirmed Getafe coach last week after the departure of Jose Bordalas for Valencia.
