Getafe alerted as Real Madrid whiz Kubo wants out of Villarreal loan

Takefusa Kubo is ready to end his loan with Villarreal.

The Real Madrid midfielder wants to cut short his spell next month.

Marca says Kubo's loan spell at Villarreal hasn't gone according to plan, and the Japanese star is now looking for a way back to parent club Real Madrid.

Kubo hasn't started a single league match so far this season and only played 58 minutes against Sivasspor in the Europa League on Thursday evening. This is a huge disappointment for both the player and Real Madrid, with Unai Emery's lack of confidence in the player now very evident.

His time at Real Mallorca was a stark contrast to how things are going at Villarreal, but Getafe head coach Jose Bordalas is keeping an eye on the situation in the hopes that he may be able to secure the playmaker's services.
