Gervinho is thrilled with his decision to sign for AS Roma.

The Ivorian left Arsenal for Roma in the summer.

"Roma are a great club and I could not turn them down. It's one of the sides I dreamed of playing for. Knowing I'd leave Arsenal, I didn't hesitate for a second.

"Garcia's presence was an important factor in my decision. I know him and he knows me. He's like a father for me and he helped me find my confidence again."
