Zoltan Gera hopes for a better season ahead after his first campaign at Craven Cottage was disrupted by injury. "I expected a better season," the former West Brom and Hungarian international said.
"There were moments when I asked myself, 'did I make a good decision?'
"Four years is a long period, I got used to the atmosphere, the fans accepted or I may say they liked me but I wanted to change.
"When I decided to go to London many people asked me, why Fulham?
"I was sure about it one year ago that Fulham wouldn't have relegation problems - not like WBA. I'm very sorry about West Brom's 20th position. If I must answer I didn't regret changing team last year."
