Zoltan Gera is confident West Bromwich Albion will find the right manager to succeed the sacked Steve Clarke.
Former Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay is now favourite to take over after talks broke down with former Real Betis coach Pepe Mel.
Gera said: "I don't know if a foreign manager will come in, but I trust the club to get a good coach."
