Genoa fullback Salvatore Bocchetti is in talks with AC Milan.
Genoa are willing to send him to Milan in exchange for cash plus Marek Jankulovski, but the Czech appears to be holding up the move.
"The prospect of an exchange between Milan and Genoa is true," agent Flavio Marrucco told Sky Sport Italia.
"The two clubs are working to find the right alternative and Bocchetti can certainly be interesting for Milan.
"I think it all depends on Jankulovski's decision. We can only sit and wait for the clubs to make a decision.
"Salvatore is calm and experiencing this moment. I think that we're unlikely to see a massive development over the weekend, but you can never say never."
