Germany coach Joachim Loew says Lukas Podolski is good enough for Arsenal. Arsenal are chasing the FC Cologne forward ahead of the January market.

Asked about the speculation, Loew said: "I cannot decide for him, this is a choice he must make with his family.

"But I do think that Lukas' level is of a top European club."
