Gary Cahill is being released by Bournemouth after their return to the Premier League was confirmed.
On Saturday, Bournemouth announced five players are leaving the club, including 36-year-old Cahill.
The former Chelsea captain joined from Crystal Palace a year ago and played solidly at the start of the season but has not been involved in a single Championship match since February.
In addition to Cahill, Brennan Camp, Ryan Glover, Connor Kurran-Browne and Luke Nippard will also leave Bournemouth.
Bournemouth finished in second place in the Championship and followed Fulham back to the Premier League.
