Gary Cahill says Crystal Palace must regroup during the international break.
The Eagles have taken just one point from their last four games and will face Liverpool next weekend.
“I see the character in the team and it's a fantastic character," Cahill told South London Press. “We'll be fine. I am looking forward to the coming months after the international break.
“The most important thing when you come out the back of these [tough] fixtures is not to think 'oh, ok we're alright now'. It's very dangerous to do that. You've got to go the other way – you've got to come out of the back of these games and go even harder, as hard as you possibly can.
“Then it is about consistency. The performance levels are good and, for sure, we can improve on last year. That's what you've always got to strive to do."
