Aston Villa manager Remi Garde has called on midfielder Jack Grealish to be more professional after the player was dropped following his boozy off-field antics last weekend.
Grealish went out partying in Manchester following Villa's 4-0 loss to Everton on Saturday.
Garde punished the youngster by dropping him from Villa's first team and forcing him to train with the club's U21 side, prompting him to be overlooked for the weekend's meeting with Watford.
"When you are 20 you are quite an adult and you have to know that," Garde said.
"You have to behave in the way you want to go. This is not professional. Of course I am expecting that from my players.
"He won't be in the squad for Watford, which is already a big punishment for a player. Now we will see the next step."
