AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani says the club is proud of their presence in the Italy squad.
Italy are preparing to face England on Saturday night.
Galliani said: "The three full-backs at the Nazionale - Ignazio Abate, Mattia De Sciglio and Matteo Darmian - all come from the Milan youth academy.
"That is a source of immense pride and satisfaction for us. We always work so that many young players can come through the ranks to the senior squad and then the national team."
