William Gallas says if Thierry Henry wants to leave Arsenal, then the club should not stand in his way.

Gunners' inspirational skipper Henry is a target for Barcelona and Italian rivals AC and Inter Milan.

Midfielder Cesc Fabregas is unsettled at the Emirates following a second successive trophyless season.

Gallas said: "I hope Arsenal will fine-tune their squad by making high-quality signings.

"And as far as departures are concerned, if certain players want to go we should not prevent them from leaving."
