The FFF (French FA) announcing via an official statement that William Gallas and Patrice Evra have been interviewed in Paris regarding the incidents in South Africa this summer. Les Bleus slumped out of the World Cup at the first hurdle, with the squad torn apart by internal rifts culminating in strike action by refusing to train.
Evra, who captained the side in South Africa, arrived prior to Gallas, who had with him a representative, and both were cross-examined by the FFF's panel looking into the matter.
On Friday, the Federal Council of the FFF will study the "summary report prepared by three members of the commission of inquiry set up on July 16 by the former Federation president Jean-Pierre Escalettes," which is "responsible for establishing [the] facts and responsibilities" regarding the strike incident.
