Aston Villa midfielder Conor Hourihane has been 'suggested' to Galatasaray.

Agents for Gala have recommended the Republic of Ireland international to the club's football directors, says Fanatik.

Hourihane is inside the final year of his Villa contract and intermediaries are convinced he would be ideal for Gala coach Fatih Terim's playing system.

Directors have left the final decision to Terim, who is now considering the midfielder.

And should he approve, Gala will make an approach to Villa this week about a price for Hourihane.
