Galatasaray are ready to pounce for Liverpool attacker Xherdan Shaqiri.

Fanatik says Gala management are confident of tempting the Switzerland international to Turkey next month.

The Istanbul giants believe the prospect of regular first team football will tempt Shaqiri, who has seen his playing chances at Anfield further diminish with the confirmed arrival of Takumi Minamino from RB Salzburg.

Having missed out on a deadline deal in August for Shaqiri, Gala now see their chance and are preparing for talks with Liverpool over the attacking midfielder.

Gala hope to take Shaqiri on an initial six-month loan.
