Galatasaray emerge as serious suitor for Liverpool youngster Grujic

Galatasaray are emerging as a serious option for Liverpool youngster Marko Grujic.

The player was being linked with a move to Cardiff City. But the Welsh side may lose out, especially if Galatasaray can make a serious offer.

Fotomac suggest that Liverpool want £10 million for the Serbian midfielder. But Galatasaray are not sure if they have the financial capability to complete the deal, given FFP regulations.

It is possible the two clubs will agree to a "loan with the option of buying" deal that would allow Grujic to move to Turkey.

The Serbian arrived at the Reds as Jurgen Klopp's first signing, but he never managed to impress in his first team appearances. In two years, he only played eight times in the Premier League - with every appearance coming off the bench.
